Attendance:  You are allowed to miss eight practices without a penalty.  Missed practices are due to illness, family or school conflict. Consideration to letter with more than 8 missed practices is with a doctor’s note. If you miss a practice a phone call is necessary prior to the next practice.

Swim meets: All meets are mandatory in order to letter. If you are ineligible, sick or injured and unable to swim you are expected to attend the swim meet(s) to support your team. A phone call is required prior to the swim meet for any considerations of waiving a meet due to illness. A note from parent/guardian is also necessary prior to waiving a swim meet.

Season Completion: Completion of the season is mandatory to earn a letter. This means that you must attend the required amount of practices, all swim meets, finish the season in good standing, and follow the "Trapper Way".
